Active women
Resolve leaking, pain, or pressure so you can return to lifting, running, or high-intensity training with confidence.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
Pelvic floor therapy and performance coaching for high-achieving women who are done settling.
Personalized assessments. Customized protocols. Direct access to your doctor.

The Problem
Most women with leaking, pelvic pain, pressure, or constipation are told things like “just do kegels” or “that’s normal after kids.” So you try random exercises, patch together advice, and hope it gets better.
Meanwhile, symptoms keep showing up during workouts, intimacy, daily life, leaving you frustrated and unsure where to turn.
Pelvic floor symptoms are common, but they are not normal, and they are absolutely treatable with the right approach.

The Solution
We exist because you deserve pelvic care that is thorough, clear, and actually effective. Not rushed, dismissive, or cookie-cutter.
Pelvic symptoms rarely come from one isolated muscle. We look at your whole body to understand the full picture.
We identify what’s truly driving your symptoms - from muscle function and nervous system regulation to nutrition and lifestyle factors.
No assistants. No generic exercise sheets. Every session and program is personally designed and delivered by your doctor.
Support doesn’t stop after your visit. Message your doctor anytime between sessions.

About
Dr. Olivia Van Guyse is a pelvic floor physical therapist who specializes in whole-body care for high-achieving women. Before becoming a physical therapist, she worked as a personal trainer and nutritionist and saw too many women dismissed, given vague advice, or told their symptoms were normal.
Viva Pelvic Health was created to offer a different level of care. Dr. Olivia treats the pelvic floor as part of a connected system that includes strength, stress, hormones, nutrition, and the nervous system, helping women restore confidence, move without fear, and build lasting resilience.
This is holistic pelvic floor physical therapy, done differently.

Testimonials
Giving you the best pelvic health care virtually and in-person.
You've got questions. We've got answers.
Your healing timeline is unique and depends on: How long you’ve had symptoms, your nervous system’s response, and how consistent you are with your personalized plan. Instead of guessing (“X” weeks), we measure progress through phases of treatment: Reconnect, Root Cause, Restore, Resiliency. Because that’s what actually reflects your body’s healing, not the calendar.
After 3-4 sessions, we’ll know exactly what trajectory you’re on:
Those rigid timelines you get in traditional PT (“10 weeks”) are based on insurance limitations…not biology.
We are an out-of-network practice which means insurance companies don’t get to dictate your treatment plan, visit frequency, or the quality of care you receive.
For in-person sessions: You can submit a Superbill to your insurance for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network physical therapy benefits. Similar to in-network, coverage varies, so we recommend calling your insurance to confirm your OON benefits.
For virtual sessions, programming, and coaching: Insurance hasn’t caught up to the research. These services are highly effective and often more transformative than traditional PT, but they do not fall under insurance-approved “telehealth PT” categories. For that reason, they are self-pay services.
Most clinics give you a few exercises and a “see you next month.” If something feels off, you wait… and progress stalls.
Pelvic health isn’t meant to be treated this way. It’s influenced by stress, training, hormones, nutrition, and your nervous system — far more than just Kegels.
Our approach is different:
In short: you get the level of support, personalization, and whole-body care that traditional PT simply doesn’t have the time or structure to offer.
Never. Pelvic floor function can improve at any stage of life. If something feels off, your body is asking for support.
Your doctor will assess how your pelvic floor, core, hips, breathing, and movement patterns are functioning together. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s causing your symptoms and a personalized plan to address it.
You don’t have to tolerate leaks, pressure, or pain, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
